★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일단 주차도와주시는 선생님이 굉장히 기분나쁩니다. 설명도 제대로 안해주고 퉁명스러웠어요. 결국 유료노상주차장에 주차했는데 1시간에 3000원이나 하면서 현금도 안받고 카드밖에 안되네요. 보험회사에 일 보러가서 기분나쁜 경험만 하고왔어요. 고객센터 일처리도 빠릿하지 않고 친절하지 않아요. 한화생명에서 일하는 사람들 다 불친절한게 아닐까 싶을정도로 마주했던 사람들의 태도에 진저리가 납니다.
First of all, the teacher who helps with parking is very uncomfortable. He didn't explain it well and was blunt. In the end, I parked in a paid street parking lot, and I paid 3,000 won an hour, and I didn't accept cash and only cards were accepted. I went to the insurance company to get a job and only had a bad experience. The customer service center is not quick and not friendly. I'm fed up with the attitude of the people I've encountered so much that I wonder if all the people working at Hanwha Life Insurance are unkind.
