★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 당고개에서 10년넘게 살았었는데 당고개에서 이 집 장충족발집 모르면 간첩이다. 올만에 방문했는데 역시 맛은 변함이 없다. 겨울에는 족발이 금방 차가워져서 따땃한것 달라고 하면된다. 예전에 족발 소짜리가 있었는데 다 없애고 족발 중,대와 쟁반국수메뉴만 남아있다. 족발에 양념소스를 찍어 상추에 쪽파와 마늘,고추 얹어서 쌈싸서 먹으면 금상첨화!
I have lived in Tanggao for more than 10 years, but I don't know this house Jangchungjobal. I visited this year but the taste has not changed. In winter, the pig's feet quickly cool down and ask for something warm. In the past, there were jokbal beef stew, but all of them were removed. Dip sauce with seasoned pork feet and top it with lettuce, garlic, and pepper.
