★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오아시스란 업체를 다큐3일에서 처음 접하고 쿠팡과 이마트 대신 애정을 갖고 가끔 이용해 왔어요 이 일을 겪기 전까지는요 얼마전 이곳에서 새벽배송 주문했는데 빠져서 온 물건이 있었어요 그래서 마이페이지 셀프 환불로 포인트 환급 신청했어요 한동안 잊고 있었는데 오아시스 광고 알림이 오길래 들어가보니 마침 전에 했던 환급 내역이 없어 고객센터에 전화해봤습니다
환불 신청했는데 환급 포인트 못받았다 하니 대뜸 박스 다 확인해본거 맞냐? 내용물 다 본거냐 물어보네요 이게 바른 대처 맞나요? 2-3번 재차 확인해 봤고 오아시스가 실수할일 없다 싶어서 여러번 또 확인해봤네요 죄송하다고 말은 못들을 망정 박스 지금 있냐 확인해본거 맞냐 받은 물건 달라고 하는거 같은 취급받아 불쾌하네요 1:1 고객센터에도 상담사 통화 내용 불편했다 질의하니 그건 그런 고객이 많아서 절차상 그런거였고 고객님이 불편하게 느끼셨다면 어째든 죄송하다란말 들으니 다신 이용안하고 싶네요 사람이 하는 일이니 물류 배송 빠지는 실수 할수도 있죠 근데 이런 대처는 아니지 않나요?
I first encountered a company called Oasis on the 3rd documentary, and I used it occasionally instead of Coupang and E-Mart with affection. Until this happened. I forgot about it, but I got an Oasis advertisement notification, so when I went in, there was no refund history, so I called the customer center.
I applied for a refund, but I didn't receive any refund points, so did you check all the boxes first? I'm asking if you've seen all the contents. Is this the right response? I've checked it 2-3 times and I've checked it several times because I thought Oasis didn't make a mistake. When I inquired about it, there were many such customers, so it was procedural. If the customer felt uncomfortable, I would like to never use it again because I heard that I am sorry. It is a human work, so it is possible to make a mistake in logistics delivery.
