★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 백종원 골목식당으로 그동안 가고싶었으나 조금 한가해지면 가보려 참고 참아왔다 드뎌 갔답니다.
저희집에서 버스타고 40분은 갔더랬죠.
위생면에서는 깔끔했고요.
다만 뼈부분 발라먹을 수 있게 비닐장갑을 미리 주시는것도 괜찮을 듯 싶습니다.
물티슈를 주셨길래 뼈뜯고 물티슈로 닦아가며 먹었는데 앞테이블 손님께서 비닐장갑 달라고 하시길래 그제서야 저도 달라해서 번거롭지 않게 먹을 수 있었습니다.
젤 중요한 족발맛 평가는 솔직히 기대가 커서 그랬는지 먹고싶을 정도의 메리트는 아니였다는 제 개인적 소견입니다.
쫄깃한 식감은 좋았으나 끝맛에 씁쓸한 맛이 난다고 할까 여튼 제게는 저희 동네 족발집이 더 맛나더라구요 ㅎㅎ
어디까지나 개인 입맛이니 참고만하세요~^^

모듬내장 같은 경우에는 냄새는 보통 아는 그런 냄새가 나긴 하는데 백종원이 말한 것 처럼 아예 없진 않음.
특이한건 간이 염통마냥 쫀득한게 맛이 남.
육수로 삶았다는데 그 느낌이 많이 있지는 않음.
포장한 족발은 일단 상추랑 마늘은 포장한지 오래되서 상하거나 녹음.
그리고 부추무침은 주지 않음.
족발자체는 그렇게까지 특별한 것은 아닌 것 같음.
냄새는 그렇게까지 많이는 안나지만 굳이 가서 먹을건 아닌 것 같음.
