★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이른 시간에 도착했던지라 제일 간결해보였던 '대추정식'을 주문했어요. 장아찌 종류가 맛있다고 해서 골고루 반찬을 맛봤는데, 아카시아 장아찌는 정말 특이하더라구요. 전체적으로 간간한 간이였는데, 보은의 특산품이라는 대추로 만든 대추장아찌는 너무 짜서 먹기 힘들었어요 ㅠㅠ
대추 솥밥도 불고기도 무난무난하게 잘 먹었는데, 전체적으로 위생 상태가 많이 걸려요. 사장님으로 보이는 여자분만 마스크 착용하시고, 다른 분들 (홀서빙 하시는 외국분들)은 너무도 당당히 노마스크에 계산하시는 아드님? 까지... 민감한 시기에 위생에 좀더 신경 써주셨으면 하네요.
 Since I arrived early, I ordered the most concise ‘Dae Chujeongsik’. I tasted the side dishes evenly because the kinds of pickles were delicious, but the acacia pickles were really unique. Overall, it was a simple seasoning, but the pickled date made with jujube, a special product of Boeun, was too salty to eat.
Both jujube cooked rice and bulgogi were well eaten, but overall hygiene takes a lot. A child who wears a mask only for the woman who looks like the boss, and the other people (foreigners who serve alone) are too proud to pay for a no-mask? Until... I hope you pay more attention to hygiene in sensitive times.

특히 여기 나온 뚱채가 너~무 맘에들어서 집에서 따로 찾아 먹고있을 정도로 음식에 대한 만족도는 높습니다.
하지만 서빙 직원들이 가족이신지... 너무 손님 신경안쓰시고 손님자리에도 앉아있고 오히려 제 의자 밀치면서까지 옆에 앉아계셔서 너무 불편했고 어수선했어요.
직접적인 대응은 친절하셨어요. 그러나 손님에게 집중이 안 된, 어수선한 느낌을 지울수가 없어 전체적인 가게 이용 만족도가 떨어져서 별하나를 뺏어요. 가게의 발전에 참고가 되길 바라면서 솔직하게 작성해봅니다.
음식은 너무 시원하고 맑고 깔끔하게, 본연의 맛이 확연히 살아있어 추천드려요!
The food is really cool, spicy and delicious!
In particular, I like the fattened vegetables so much that I am so satisfied with the food that I eat them separately at home.
But, I wonder if the serving staff are family... They don't care too much about customers, sit in the customer's seat, and rather sit next to me, pushing my chair, so it's very uncomfortable and cluttered.
The direct response was friendly. However, I can't erase the cluttered feeling of not being able to focus on customers, so the overall satisfaction with the store is low, so I take away one star. I am writing this honestly, hoping that it will be a reference for the development of the store.
The food is so cool, clean and neat, and the original taste is clearly alive, so I recommend it!
