They want to convince me that refrigerator which is unfortunately I have bought recently has normal sound They said the report came from factory in one day only that sound normal I have reach to high level management the answer was same I asked for the report till now I didn’t not get Thank u Samsung for this bad experience I was hoping that I am buying brand not a refrigerator but u looks that u don’t care about ur brand and ur customer experience Advise all of the reader do not buy a Samsung refrigerato

My experience with Samsung is above average. My first phone is a Samsung candy phone, thinnest at that time. Then I had Omnia ii phone, S3, galaxy note i, galaxy Tab i and ativ tablet i. I noticed a trend, problems start to surface after one year of usage for all my devices. The hardware blacks out suddenly without any symptoms prior. Luckily, some of my devices could recover and then start to show symptoms of dying. Quickly traded them away before they die. After three black outs and repairs to bring my ativ tablet back to life, I'm and still hanging on to it, although the pixels are dying row by row, as long as I can use a TV to project. It has 14 hours of on time which is very impressive compared to 2017 electronics. The reason I bought Samsung is because it is reputable and if one paid good money it should last a long time. However it has proved to be untrue once and again. So long.

Bought the Galaxy S7 when it was their premium device. For the price I expected the quality to be good. Started seeing some random network failures from day 1, but since these failures were not consistent/frequent enough I failed to understand the issue had to do with the phone's HW Progressively the issue become worse until the phone became useless as a communication device after the warranty expired (warranty is 1 year) After spending long time for network reset/factory reset/sim replacement and what not, I turned to Samsung Support. They couldn't care less and after doing one more Factory reset, they sent me to their partner lab at my expense. The lab took the phone for the entire day and their verdict is "can't fix". The suspected issue is in the motherboard and fix would be more expensive than a new phone This is their premium phone which is water proof and I used screen protector and protective case for the entire time, and generally took good care of the device. The only thing missing is QUALITY Learnt my lesson and will avoid any products which have Samsung name on it

Horrible customer service. Bought a new fridge and was told a replacment part was being shipped and UPS notified me the package was damaged and being returned to sender. I called Samsung customer service three times and every time they say that the ticket was put in incorrectly they need to put in a new ticket so someone can call me in 5-7 days but nobody ever does. Its now been 3 months with no resolve I would not recommend buying a Samsung Appliance with how bad the phone and chat customer service is.
