A great experience. I broke my Samsung LED tv that I bought from the US and the engineers came to my house and replaced my panel and were out the door within 30 minutes. They were really nice, arrived a little early and very efficient.

I have a Samsung s10e. The phone has a known problem that states the usb is wet, even though it is not. I can say service was quick. However, told me I needed a new motherboard and would be 320,000 krw. Okay, you don't need to be a genuis to see the phone works fine. The only problem is this notification that the usb is wet. If you are just going to quit and say "oh, you need a new motherboard". Which has nothing to do with the glitch that is causing the "check usb error", then I got to give you two stars. I mean this is the Samsung store, you know, you make these things. If you can't figure out why it's doing this then I have to say that is rather unsatisfactory. Especially when you just say oh well, "you need a new motherboard". That's like going to the car manufacturer with a "gas cap loose" light on, and the manufacturer saying "oh you need a new engine". That is not really what I would say demonstrating firm knowledge of the products you are selling.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Soon after arriving they checked our Samsung vacuum (robot) and told us what was wrong and how soon they could fix it. They will fix by tomorrow. Outstanding!

help post. I have a samsung laptop. it's model nt500r5n-x58l. My eleder brother bought this from South Korea 5 years ago. But this laptop's keyboard is not working. I searched keyboard in the biggest computer assecories market in Bangladesh. But I did not find. Can anyone give me advise how can i get this ?

This is where you get your Samasung products (phones) fixed when you break them. English is limited but the service is great anyway. Arrived at 8:45am (15 minutes early) walked out with a new S8 screen at exactly 10am, not bad! I preordered the S8 and registered for the Promotional Samsung Warranty. A new screen was 97,000 after 50% off. Use the #1 exit on the #4 subway line and walk straight ahead. The repair center is on the 2nd floor.
