★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12살부터 31살까지 거주 중입니다.
가장 큰 장점은 근처 단지 큰 아파트들에 비해 저렴한 가격으로 강남의 인프라를 누릴 수 있다는 점입니다. 교육, 교통, 시설, 치안 등.
아쉬운건 단지가 적어서 요즘 대형 단지들이 갖추고 있는 녹지공간이 작다는 점. 그거 딱히 없습니다.
I live in between 12 and 31 years old.
The biggest advantage is that you can enjoy the infrastructure of Gangnam at a lower price than the big apartments nearby. Education, transportation, facilities, security, etc.
Unfortunately, there are few complexes, so the green spaces of large complexes are small. That's not right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 교통 교육 문화 쇼핑 등 모두 편리하고 조용한 주거지 입니다. 다만 지하주차장의 크기가 들쭉 날쭉 달라 밤늦게 오면 주차하는게 시간이 필요합니다. 세대수가 작고 동네가 조용하여 사는데는 최고에요

However, the size of the underground parking lot is jagged, so it will take time to park if you come late at night. The number of households is small and the neighborhood is quiet, so it’s the best place to live.
