★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전반적으로는 만족스러운 한복집입니다. 가격대가 많이 비싸지도 않고 저렴한 느낌도 아닙니다.
일단 방문시 무조선 발렛비 3000원 필요합니다. 이건 어디든 비슷하니까 크게 흠은 아닙니다.
상담해주시는 분들이 분위기에 밎체 색이나 스타일을 잘 추천해주셔서 큰 어려움 없이 맞춤이 가능합니다. 서비스도 괜찮은 편입니다. 물론 대여도 가능합니다. 대여가격이 비싸서 차라리 맞춤이 나을듯 합니다.
개인적으로 불만스러운 부분은, 치수를 잰 것과 실제 옷 사이즈가 터무니없이 차이가 나서 확인해보니 제작 과정에서 수치를 잘못읽는 실수가 있었던것을 알게되었습니다. 이 부분이 치명적인 흠인것 같습니다. 자주 있는 실수는 아니겠지만 이로인해 한번 더 방문해야해서 금전적, 시간적 낭비가 발생했습니다. 절대 있어서는 안될 실수이기에 누군가에게 추천할만하지는 않습니다.
 Overall, it is a satisfying hanbok shop. It's not too expensive and it doesn't feel cheap.
You will need 3000 won for valet. It's similar everywhere, so it's not a big flaw.
The consultants recommend the color and style to the atmosphere so that it can be customized without any difficulty. Service is good too. Of course, rentals are also available. The rental price is expensive, so it seems to be better tailored.
Personally dissatisfied, I noticed that the measurements were ridiculously different from the actual size of the clothes. This part seems to be a fatal flaw. It's not a common mistake, but it's a waste of money and time because I have to visit again. It's not a mistake you should never make, so I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 반가의 우리옷 여자 실장님의 수차례 무례한 행동으로 맞추고 싶던 한복 다 포기하고 가계약금 회수 했습니다. 여자 실장님 외 다른 분들은 다 친절하셨으니 그 실장님만 피하시면 좋은 서비스 받으실 수 있을 것 같아요. 그리고 이미 계약한 예랑이 예복집 계약 파기하고 엘레바또에서 계약하라내요? 아무리 경쟁사를 경계한다고 해도 참 무례한 행동이라고 생각합니다. 가계약금 돌려 받는데도 3일이 걸렸네요. 끝까지 다른 곳에서 하지 말고 반가의 계열사에서만 진행하라는 불편한 말씀 끝에 괜찮다고 사양하니, ‘됐다 가계약금 그거 걍 환불해주마’라는 말투로 먼저 전화 끊으셨습니다. 주작 아니고 문자 내용도 확인해보세요 ^^ (반가의 우리옷 한복은 참 곱고 예쁩니다! 여자 실장님 외 다른 분께 응대 받으신다면 만족하실 수 있으실거라 생각해요!)
I gave up all the hanboks I wanted to match due to the rude behavior of the female head of our clothing department in Banga and collected the provisional down payment. Everyone other than the female manager was kind, so I think you can get good service if you avoid that manager. And do you want me to cancel the contract with Yerangi's dress shop and sign a contract at Elevato? No matter how wary of a competitor, I think it is very rude. It took 3 days to get my deposit back. At the end of the inconvenient saying that it should be done only at Banga's affiliates, instead of doing it anywhere else, he refused to do so. Please check the text message as well ^^ (Banga's hanbok is very nice and pretty! I think you will be satisfied if you receive a response from someone other than the female manager!)
