★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review for Pilates and other regular exercise gym in B1 of this building. I went for a group Pilates class and the instructor Ms Park was so good, I ended up enquiring about one-on-one Pilates class because i have a long standing injury and misalignment in my body that I have been trying to fix. She is very perceptive in knowing which areas of my body are misaligned and she combines perfectly stretches and strengthening exercises to begin to restore my body. She truly cares and she is a very pleasant coach, she seems young but has a lot of experiences dealing with injured clients. She naturally has a knack for this, and she also does a lot of thinking and research so her private sessions have been truly impactful. I’m writing this because I really appreciate her help and I wish more people can also find realignment if they have been trying for a long time like I was.
