장점으로는 한달에 30만원 내고 들어갔고 옥상이 있어서 거기서 빨래를 말릴 수 있어서 좋음
보통 다른 고시원들은 방안에서 말려야하는데
그것과 다르게 정말 좋음 가격도 주변에 비해서 싸고
주인이 옆건물도 주인인지 이름이 비슷함
그리고 불편한점 말하면 거의 바로 개선해줌
