 As it was a one-person visit, I ate it with naejang-sundaegukbap, and it had a unique taste with ginger.

정말 맛집일까?
근처가면 먹어볼만하지만
먹기 위해 보은까지 갈만하진 않음.
더군다나 방송탄후 손님이 몰려서, 포장만 해줌.
순대는 그리 먹는게 아니데...

You don't have to go all the way to Boeun to eat.
What's more, after the broadcast, customers flocked to us, so we only pack up.
I don't eat sundae that much...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 순대+머릿고기 7천원을 먹었는데 전반적으로 훌륭했어요.
그런데 어떤부위인지 정확이는 모른겠으나 많이 질겼어요.
밑반찬으로 나온 김치는 덜어놓은지 시간이 지나 말라보이는게 좀 아쉬웠어요. 반찬 나오기전 뒤집어서 나왔으면 촉촉하게 보였을텐데 아쉽습니다.
I had the sundae + head meat 7,000 won and overall it was great.
But I don't know exactly what part it is, but it's very chewy.
It was a bit disappointing that the kimchi, which came as a side dish, looked dry after some time had passed. It would have looked moist if it had been turned over before the side dishes were served, but it is a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원들의 서빙이 능숙하지 않았다. 돼지곱창전골과 소순대를 주문하였는데 돼지곱창전골에서는 곱창이 조금 냄새가 났다. 소순대는 비주얼은 조금 별로일지라도 부드럽고 심심하니 맛이 괜찮았다. 곱창전골을 먹은 후 볶음밥은 맛이 갸우뚱하며 왜 맛집인지 잘 모르겠다.
The service of the staff was not good. I ordered the pork giblets hotpot and beef sundae, but the pork giblets hotpot smelled a little bit like giblets. Although the beefsundae looked a little bad, the taste was good because it was soft and boring. After eating giblets hot pot, fried rice is a bit squishy and I don't know why it's a good restaurant.

서빙을 모두 청소년 친구들이 하는 것 같고, 재료 같은거 물어봐도 잘 모르더라구요!
서비스 부분만 좀더 개선되면 너무 좋을 것 같아요!
The sundaegol is so delicious, but the service was disappointing.
It seems that all the servings are made by teenagers, and even when I ask about ingredients, they don't really know!
It would be great if only the service part could be improved a bit more!
