It was a place I had to wait for, but it was delicious. The pork belly and the seasoning were both good. The basic soup was not good enough. Five stars if you didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예전 서생갈비 자리에 있다. 숙성된 고기를 항아리에 담아준다. 알탕과 조개탕 중 하나를 무료로 준다. 네이버예약을 하고 가면 달걀찜을 서비스로 준다. 먹기 좋은 크기로 숙성되어서 굽기 편하다. 두께도 비계도 적당하다. 날치알 소스와 와사비를 약간씩 올려서 파채와 함께 먹으니까 끝도 없이 들어간다. 1인분에 170g이라서 가격도 나쁘지 않다. 개취지만 숙성삼겹이 황제덧살보다 고소하고 식감이 좋다. 김치말이국수는 면발이 꼬들꼬들하게 잘 삶았다. 얼음 동동 국물은 목구멍에 기름기를 씻어주듯 깔끔하다. 직원이 매우 친절하다. 화장실이 깨끗하다.
