My eldest daughter likes it, so I go there sometimes, but the wrong menu came out twice, so I emphasized the order today, and it came out just the way I wanted. The owner seems to be always friendly every time I go.
윤	윤종혁 (레아니드) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 시외 지역의 식당이라고 하지만 상당히 준수합니다. 별4개까지는 생각을 했는데요, 아쉬움이 남아서 3개로만 남기네요. 왜냐하면 식재료의 신선도는 정말 좋았습니다. 조개종류의 신선도, 해감, 맛 - 다 좋았습니다. 특히 곱창이 들어서 낙지까지 들어있는 음식은 거의 모든 식당에서 제공하는 것보다도 좋았습니다. 다만 낙지는 생각보다 너무 적었던것같아서 그랬고요 곱창은 마지막까지 건져먹을 정도로 풍족하게 주시더라구요... 그래서 3개였습니다. 그러나 사장님의 친절만큼은 5개도 적었습니다. 해물칼국수는 다대기를 넣었음에도 간이 아예 세거나 했다면 하는 아쉬움이 컸구요. 그리고 첫 서빙으로 주시는 얼큰한 동치미국물은 사이드 메뉴에 첨가 해주시면 좋겠다는 생각을 했어요. 칼국수의 면발이 워낙 좋은데, 비빔이나 동치미칼국수로 제공하시면 좋겠다는 생각이었어요. 국수는 있는데, 면발이 좋아서 주신 국물에 면만 따로 건져서 말아먹다보니 차가워진 식감에 쫄깃함이 엄청 좋더라구요. 얼려서 갈아가지고 면발을 올려만 주셔도 좋을 것 같습니다...결론은 짜게 표현했지만, 맛있게 먹었습니다! It's called an out-of-town restaurant, but it's pretty decent. I was thinking of up to 4 stars, but I'm left with only 3 because it's a pity. Because the freshness of the ingredients was really good. The freshness, flavor, and taste of the shellfish were all good. In particular, the food with giblets and even octopus was better than what almost all restaurants offer. However, it was because there seemed to be too few octopus than I thought, and the giblets were given enough to eat until the end... So there were three. However, the kindness of the boss was less than 5. It was a big disappointment that the seafood kalguksu had a lot of seasoning even though it was added. And I thought it would be nice to add the spicy dongchimi water as the first serving to the side menu. Kalguksu noodles are so good, I thought it would be nice to serve them with bibim or dongchimi kalguksu. There are noodles, but I liked the noodles, so I pulled out the noodles in the soup they gave me and rolled them up. I think it would be better to just freeze it, grind it and put the noodles on top... The conclusion was salty, but it was delicious!
