★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 산천어구이는 한번쯤 먹어보면 좋을 맛인데, 살이 많고 가시는 적고, 버릴게 거의 없어 좋다. 돼지같은 생선이다. 대신 흰살 생선이라 특별한 고기의 육향이라거나 특별한 맛은 적다. 비린내가 없는 편.
숭어 회는 어쩜 그리 살이 탱글탱글한지 놀럽고, 2인분인데도 양이 꽤 많아 좋고, 씹는 맛 나게 두툼하게 썰어 주니 좋다.
반찬 중에 버릴 게 없다. 옥수수팥죽 감동이라 여러번 리필했고, 두부 요리나 부침개도 잘한다. 이 집은 그냥 요리 자체를 잘한다.
매운탕은 회시키면 나중에 나오는데, 싱겁지만 오래 끓이니 훌륭했다. 생선 뼈에 살 꽤 붙어나와 좋다.
재방문 값어치가 있다.
Sancheoneo-grill is good to eat at least once, but it has a lot of flesh, little thorn, and little to throw away. It's a pig-like fish. Instead, it is white fish, so it doesn't have a special meat flavor or special taste. There is no fishy smell.
Mullet sashimi is amazed at how soft the flesh is, and even though it serves 2 servings, the amount is quite good, and it is good to cut it thick and chewy.
There is nothing to throw away during the side dish. I refilled it several times because I was impressed with corn red bean soup, and I am good at cooking tofu and pancakes. This house is just good at cooking itself.
Maeuntang is served later if it is sashimied, but it was fresh, but it was great because it was boiled for a long time. It's nice to stick to the fish bones.
It is worth a return visit.
