국물이 지나치게 졸아들지 않게 적당한 타이밍에 불을 조절하는것이 관건.
사실 졸이지 않아도 양념 맛이 좋지만
살점에 양념을 배게 만드는 쪽이 더 맛있으니까요.
살점을 다 건져먹었다면 볶음밥은 당연히 먹어야죠.
배가 불러도 계속 들어가는 볶음밥 또한 매력이 넘칩니다.
