★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 어머니께서 접수하려고 가셨는데 모두 인터넷 접수만 받는다고 하시면서 인터넷 못하는 노인은 어떻게 하느냐고 했더니 자녀한테 부탁하라고 했다고 합니다. 전 인터넷, 키오스크를 비롯해서 어린이, 노인들이 접근하기 힘든 시스템을 마련해두고 사람을 무력하고 곤란하게 하는 일들에 화가 나네요. 심지어 여기는 사무실에 사람들도 있는데 저렇게 밖에 일처리를 못한다는게 참 아쉽고 안타깝습니다.
