Squid wraps, cool donjuk kalguksu and dark perilla kalguksu are good for meals and snacks. We recommend to the casual meeting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 바로 옆 찜질방에 들어가기 전 저녁을 해결하기 위해 들어갔던 곳인데, 세상에나 마상에나, 이런 칼국수 맛이 존재할 수 있다니... 이러고 먹었습니다.
조개류 들어간 여러 칼국수, 들깨칼국수, 장칼국수(된장 혹은 고추장), 해물칼국수를 비롯해, 중국과 일본의 느낌이 섞이지 않은, 한반도 느낌을 유지하는 여러 칼국수 먹어봤지만, 여기처럼 독특한 맛은 처음입니다.
딱히 중국, 일본의 느낌이 섞이진 않았지만, 그렇다고 전형적인 한반도의 칼국수 느낌도 아닙니다.
동죽 하나 때문이라고 하기에는 애매한, 뭔가 독특한 향이 은근히 스며있는 국물이 이 집 칼국수의 핵심인 것 같습니다.
나오면서 물어보니, 역시나 국물 만드는데 공을 많이 들이시나 봅니다. 뭔가 많이 들어간다고만 얘기하시네요.
그날 만든 국물 떨어지면, 그 날 칼국수도 판매 종료한답니다.
또 하나 특이했던 건, 주방 크기 입니다.
이 작은 식당에서, 요만한 홀에, 저만한 주방이 있는 경우는 흔지 않거든요.
주방 앞에 달아놓으신, 청주 지역 음식경연대회 금상 출신이라는 현수막이, 뭔가 자신감의 표현이 분명합니다.
계산하면서 발견한 마지막 특이한 건, 젤리빈의 존재.
대부분 계산대 앞 박하사탕은 흔히 볼 수 있는데,
이 집은 박하사탕 옆에 젤리빈을 함께 놓았습니다.
부부가 운영하는 것으로 보이는 이 식당에서, 주방은 주방장님의 영역이겠지만, 계산대는 안주인의 영역이고, 결국 이 집은 부부 둘다, 맛에 대한 기존의 틀을 깨기 위해 노력하는 분들이라는 겁니다. 이런 식당을 가진 이 동네는 참 복받은 겁니다.

In this restaurant, which seems to be run by a couple, the kitchen may be the chef's area, but the cashier is the hostess's area, and the house is both a couple trying to break the existing framework of taste. This neighborhood with this restaurant is a blessing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아무런 기대없이 들어간 칼국수집였는데 와~우!!! 칼국수는 물론 추운날 따뜻한 보리차는 감동ㅋ 서비스로 주신 김치전,김치,석박지 넘 맛있었구요ㅎ 만두도 굿예요~ 친절도 하시고ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
어느것하나 손색없는 가게인데 늦은점심이라 그런지 손님이 없어 넘ㅠㅠ 사진이 없어 넘 아쉽네여ㅜ
It was a kalguksu restaurant that I entered without any expectations, wow! Kalguksu, as well as warm barley tea on a cold day, impressed me. The kimchi jeon, kimchi, and seokbakji served as a service were delicious hehe The dumplings are also good~ They are kind to you hahaha
