★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 만오천원 정식에 돈가스 작은 조각 4개, 새우튀김 하나, 우동 미니에 야채만 많이 주네요. 깜짝 놀랄만큼 가격에 비해 양이 적어요. 그렇다고 신기한 맛이 있는것도 아닙니다.
 In the 15,000 won set meal, we only give 4 small pieces of pork cutlet, one fried shrimp, and a lot of vegetables in the udon mini. It is surprisingly small for the price. That doesn't mean it has a strange taste.

Not only is it clean and delicious, but it is also plentiful. The katsudon set meal is recommended as it comes with tofu udon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다른 지점에서 가보고 맛있어서 브랜드를 믿고 간 사보텐이었는데, 로스까스가 너무 축축해서 실망스러웠어요. 저렴한 가격이었다면 그냥 먹고 나왔겠지만, 가격대가 있어서 다시 요청을 드렸는데 이번에는 고기는 더 질겨지고 튀김은 똑같이 축축하더라구요. 축축한 돈까스 처음 먹어봤습니다. 음식 재요청까지 드리고 리뷰를 부정적으로 써서 정말 죄송하지만, 연구가 좀 필요할 듯합니다. 작년 리뷰가 좋은 걸로 봐서 주방장이 바뀌었나요? 별점도 하나 더 내리고 싶지만 그냥 두겠습니다. 내부 인테리어는 예뻐요.
I went to another branch and trusted the brand because it was delicious, so I went to Saboten, but I was disappointed because the roast cutlet was so moist. If it had been a cheap price, I would have just eaten it, but because of the price, I asked again, but this time the meat was tougher and the tempura was equally moist. It was the first time I ate moist pork cutlet. I'm really sorry for re-requesting the food and writing a negative review, but I think some research is needed. Did the chef change because last year's review was good? I'd like to drop one more star, but I'll leave it alone. The interior is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기름진맛 안나고 좋았고 내부 너무 깔끔해서 꼭 카페온거같아요. 매장안 공기도 기름냄새전혀 없네요. 소스가 많아 먹는재미가있네요

Saboten is franchised restaurant and specializes in Katsudon, Udon and Katsu(Beef or Pork Tenderloin Cutlet).
This Apgujung restaurant is head one with open kitchen.
Even though it is different from fine dining restaurant and even though the foods at other branch restaurants are as good as this original restaurant, it is worth while to visit this main one to enjoy the signature dishes.
Staffs are kind, price is reasonable and location is near to Apgujung Subway Station. Parking is available and valet parking is not available.
