홍	홍연희 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 뇨끼와 스테이크를 먹었습니다. 1. 스테이크 평가 - 스테이크는 미디움으로 시켰는데 수비드공법을 사용한후 구웠는지 겉바속촉으로 육즙도 있으면서 정말 맛있었습니다. 왁벽한 스테이크였습니다. 스테이크 아래에 구운가지와 호박, 시금치를 깔아주는데 스테이크와 함께 먹으니 맛이 일품이었습니다. - 스테이크 소스를 홀그레인머스타드, 머스타드소스 2종으로 주셔서 취향에 맞게 골라먹을수있어서 좋았습니다. 2. 뇨끼 평가 - 버섯 크림 소스가 정말 맛있었습니다 - 뇨끼는 겉바속촉이 특징인데 여기의 뇨끼는 크기가 커서 촉촉한 속의 양이 많아 모양이 일그러졌고 과한 느낌이었습니다. 크기가 절반으로 줄였다면 완벽했을것같습니다. Had gnocchi and steak. 1. Stake Assessment - I ordered the steak medium, but it was really delicious as it was juicy on the outside, probably because it was grilled after using the sous vide method. It was a great steak. Grilled eggplant, zucchini, and spinach are laid out under the steak, and when eaten with the steak, the taste was excellent. - The steak sauce was served in two types, whole grain mustard and mustard, so it was nice to be able to choose according to your taste. 2. Gnocchi Evaluation - Mushroom cream sauce was really good - The gnocchi is characterized by a soft texture, but the size of the gnocchi here is large and has a lot of moist inside, so the shape is distorted and it feels excessive. It would have been perfect if the size had been cut in half.
뷰	뷰티스토리텔러J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3명 부터 예약된다길래 오픈 시간에 갔어요. 매장은 테라스길에 있고 아담합니다. 오픈 시간부터 사람 많고 주차는 근처 길에다 하시면 될 것 같아요. 와인 라인업도 가볍게 즐길 수 있을 만큼 있고 음식도 맛있었어요. 토마토 라구, 뇨끼, 오징어 먹물 먹었는데 고수 토핑이 있어서 전혀 못 먹는 분등은 빼달라고 하시면 좋겠어요. 음식 전반적으로 맛있었는데 친절도는 글쎄요…! 조금 부드러운 어투로 말씀해주시면 더 좋겠어요. 그리고 브레이크 타임에 직원으로 추정되시는 분들이 가게 앞에서 앉아서 담배 피시던데 기호는 자유나 가게에 좋지 않은 인상을 줄 수 있을 것 같아요 I went during the opening hours because it was supposed to be reserved for 3 people. The store is located on the terrace road and it is small. There are a lot of people from the opening hours, so I think you should park on a nearby road. The wine lineup was easy enough to enjoy and the food was delicious. If you eat tomato ragu, gnocchi, and squid ink, but you can't eat them at all because there is a cilantro topping, please ask them to leave it out. Overall, the food was delicious, but the friendliness... ! It would be better if you spoke in a slightly softer tone. And during break time, people who are presumed to be employees are sitting in front of the store and smoking, but I think the preference can give a bad impression to freedom or the store.
