★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제철 식재료 반찬들이 나오고 또 그 반찬 한가지 한가지가 맛이 있다. 고기류들은 얼리지 않은 생고기이며 특히 돼지고기는 흑돼지를 쓰고있다. 단지 그지역 특성상 식사가능 시간이 주인의 상황에따라 정해 진다는게 조금 낯설기는하다.
