김	김소희 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (2017년 방문) 음식은 사실 정말 맛있어요. 다른 음식도 좋지만 돈까스는 정말 안산에서는 최고로 맛있습니다. 서울에서도 여기보다 맛있다고 할만한 곳은 3곳이 채 안되네요. 그런데 단골이였지만 이제 갑질에 실망이 커서 가지 않아요. 손님으로서 예의를 지켜야 한다고 사장님이 말하시는데 사장님은 반대로 손님한테 자신만의 규칙을 고집합니다. 이게 근데 아무리봐도 지나친 수준이에요. 돈까스 소스를 뿌려먹고 싶은 사람도 있고 사케동을 비벼 먹고 싶은 사람도 있을 수 있어요. 물론 저는 그게 이해되는건 아니지만 왜 음식을 마음대로 먹지도 못하게 소리를 지르는지 모르겠고요.. 쉐프면 기본적으로 손님도 존중해야죠. 아예 그걸 용납하지 않고 좋게 말하시는 것도 아니고 그렇게 먹는 사람을 보면 맥날 싸우고 그걸 보면 종종 멀쩡하게 먹는 저까지 불편해지네요. 또 문을 당기라고 되어 있는데 실수로 친구가 문을 밀고 들어갔다고 고함을 지르지 않나, 매번 밝게 인사를 하다가 어느날 바빠서 조별과제로 카톡을 하느라 인사안했다고 뭐라 그러지 않나. 정이 뚝 떨어졌어요. 손님은 왕이 아니지만, 그렇다고 반대로 주인이 왕도 아니죠. 정말 돈까스가 맛있는데도 불편합니다. 손님으로서 예의를 안지킨 것도 아니고 왜 내 돈주고 눈치를 보면서 먹어야 할까요. 손님의 태도가 맘에 안듣거나 먹는 방식에 대해 용납이 안될 수 있는데 근데 말을 좋게 할 수는 없는건지... 사장님이 바뀌시진 않겠지만 이상한 고집 강경한 자세 제발 조금은 꺾으시면 좋겠네요.
