★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place i have been in my life. i am forced by the government to do quarantine here and i don't even get water to drink. they refused to brink water and other things i asked. i am trapped here and this is worst than a prison. i will report all this to human rights. they don't allow anyone in the hotel to open the window for longer than 5 minutes a day, in here is hot and can't breath well because of the window closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quarantined here for 2 weeks. Perfectly comfortable and actually a very good location if you would be using the airport or taking the ferry into Incheon (Wolmi Island). Room was very comfortable, staff were great, definitely plan to stay again under different circumstances!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know is not hotel, is quarantine center, so that’s why they should care more about cleanliness, specially when they just clean once as they don’t clean while you do quarantine.
Bad:
Cold and not that good food first 4 days
A little dirty room (Desk with trash, food and dust on the edge, coffee pot super dirty with stains inside, fridge dirty, carpet with i guess food stain)
Food delivered before than expected at 07:00,11:00,17:00 instead of 08:00,12:00,18:00 + 0-30mins as mentioned in the rules.
Good:
nice food last 2 days, whatever they did please keep it up lol
Super fast internet
staff helped clearing doubts and installing necessary apps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're staying here it's probably because of the mandatory quarantine.
The bed gets VERY hard after the first night, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep because you can feel the metal springs in the bed.
Food is served 3x a day, and always very cold to the touch. The food is very strange and not even native Korean food. I would say jail food is better. If you're looking to heat up your food, you have to fill up your water heater with water and place a plastic bag lining and put your food in the bag to warm it up, as there is no microwave either.
Walls are very thin, so be prepared to be awaken at 5am due to construction and cars honking.
The overall experience was very negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely not a hotel that I recommend if you are looking for restful.
Beds are horrible as the mattresses are super firm and usually provide only 2 x twin size bed.
In room entertainments are TV focused only. There is a single table but very small sized.
Please look for somewhere else if you are looking for a hotel to stay for longer than 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently staying here to quarantine. The staff are not only unfriendly but rude. They somehow believe it’s ok to serve cold food for both lunch and dinner and respond by saying it’s a quarantine center not a hotel when you complain that the food is cold. Maybe because I’m coming from Southern Africa - they feel justified to treat me like a second class citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very helpful and professional ever since I got here- installing app, explaining things, offering guidance. They never rushed me. I called for something in the first morning and they checked up in an hour to verify if everything was ok. Food is almost delivered on the same minute everyday(I usually eat sandwiches home and I'm against microwaves, so for me it was the perfect food). Water is hot on the second you turn it on and the shower gel smells nice. View is amazing and I enjoyed drinking my coffee while watching how fast they're working on a construction next to the hotel.
