안뜻어 놓은 생두도 있지만 생두 보관이 매우 잘못됨
먼지가 섞이고 수분이 날아갈 위험 크고 상온에 노출되어 생두가 스스로 자신의 수분을 소비해 품질이 저하됨
수분이 날아가면 커피 로스팅이 아무리 잘 되도 드라이한 맛이 혀 안쪽에 남게됨
또한 먼지가 생두에 섞이면 탄맛이 늘고 잡미가 섞임
아이스 아메리카노 한잔 시켰으나
커피의 특성이 적고 쓴맛이 강렬하며 약간의 단맛이 있음 또한 혀 안쪽에 드라이 한 맛이 남아 있음
큐그레이더 공부차 한번 가보았으나 품질의 문제가 매우 큼
