이	이주환 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ㅠㅠ 안타까운 집. 내가 교양이 부족해서 입에 안맞은거면 좋겠다 싶을정도로 안타까움. 재료를 아기자기하게 많이 넣으시는 정성과, 소스를 만드시는 정성이 보여서 더 안타깝다. 이탈리아 본토의 맛인가 싶지만 한국인의 입맛에는 맞지 않는다. 원래 리뷰 길게 안쓰는데 사장님이 보실까해서 내 입맛을 기준으로 평하자면, 청양낙지파스타를 먹었는데, 소스가 좀 짜고 묽어서 면에 다 달라붙지 않았습니다. 소스에 전분을 풀던지 더 졸이든지 해서 면에 소스가 감기게 하시면 좋겠고, 낙지는 해동 후 채에 놓고 찬 물로 한 번 행궈주셔서 원래 있던 맛을 좀 빼주시면 좋겠고, 전체적으로 염도를 조금 줄여주시고, 버터나 올리브유같은게 뒷맛을 좀 채워주면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 오븐미트스파게티도 염도가 좀 쎘다고 이야기하네요. 위에 새싹채소 올려주신 것이나 버섯 찢어서 같이 볶아주신 것에 감동했으나ㅠ 재료 가짓수는 줄이셔야 더 신선하게, 로스 없이, 오래 장사하실 수 있을 것 같아 오지랖부립니다. ㅠㅠ 건강하세요. ㅠㅠ Sad home.
