고객의 입장이아닌 고객의 불만에대한 불만으로 부품도없다하고
수리기간이 일주일넘게 걸린다네요.
수리점이 한곳이라 맏겨놓기는했으나
당사에서도 교육이 필요하겠네요

The staff is very unfriendly. I think there should be a fact-finding investigation at the headquarters level. I will never buy a Cuchen product again.
