★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this one star . But I wish I could give it none. They were so rude. They are overpriced for things you can buy in other places online like amazon. But mainly I didn’t like it because the worker there was following me around telling me not to touch things when I wasn’t even trying to touch anything. Terrible experience . Go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a little vib for like 80,000 won and I traveled the next day. I got a chance to try it a few days later only to find out the thingy was defective, it turns on and works for like a minute and then it stops, other times it works for longer but it still stops and I have to restart.
I went back to the store 2 weeks later as soon as I was back in Seoul, but the attendant refused to be accommodating at all. She said they can only exchange within a week after purchase. So my advice is, if you are traveling or only come to Seoul occasionally, don’t buy at this store, you’ll probably end up in my situation. What a waste!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop location is proudly easy to find, and the goods inside are well organized. The shop is clean and welcoming, but the staff are the best part. They are well-informed, open, and sincere in wanting to help patrons. The employee Christmas in particular made my holiday gift shopping seamless and enjoyable.
