Only Korean language services like tv, decreasing quality of a still great breakfast, beds medium by Korean standards, comparably clean, but measured by what you anticipate from Ramada hotels, def below standards. Therefore only two stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked directly through the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts website, and apparently there was some confusion once we checked in. We waited about 10 minutes, and they gave us the room we thought we'd booked, saying they were giving us a "free upgrade."
Whatever, we got the room that was in the pictures online for the price we expected. It was a corner spa room for our anniversary. The room was spacious and fun and highly recommended for a romantic occasion. The only problem was that the floors and windowsills were not clean. The bathroom and bed were clean, however.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd probably stay again, though the Holiday Inn is also nice if you're looking for a Western-style business or couple's hotel in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel in the heart of the city. Great places to eat around and the service was good. Friendly staff. The building and carpet/couch seemed old and a bit dirty. TV wise if you are watching the English channels it stops playing after 1min and asks you to pay... I think bc everything was in Korean ? (not a negative just giving you a heads up)
