This is a pretty apartment overlooking the Han River and Nodeul Island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 힐링단지 같습니다. 주변의 공원과 황금노선 9호선. 그리고 힌걍뷰, 용산 여의도 강남 직주근접성 굉장히 우수. 지리적으러 서울의 중심인 저평가된 래미안 아파트입니다.
It's like a healing complex. Nearby parks and Golden Route 9. Also, the direct access to the Hinggap View, Yongsan, Yeouido, and Gangnam is excellent. Geographically, this is an underrated Raemian apartment in the center of Seoul.

동작구 공원과 사육신 묘가 있어 공원이 2개가 있어 산책이 좋고,
한강노들섬을 한바퀴 돌아도 좋읍니다
Transportation is convenient, and there is wind because it is by the Han River, so the air is a little nice.
There are two parks in Dongjak-gu Park and the tomb of the breeding god, so it is good for a walk,
It is good to go around Nodeul Island in the Han River.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern and comfortable apartments with gemreat access to a park, the Handle river, and play areas for kids. Great for families. Lots of restaurants nearby, grocery and convenience stores. Really close to Nodeul station subway line and bus stations.
