S	SeongGwon Jeong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이곳이 서울에서 쫄깃살을 파는 유일한? 곳이라고 하네요 정말 식감이 특이합니다 저 부위가 돼지 한마리에서 큰손 하나정도의 양만 나온다고 합니다 그래서인지 한테이블에 1인분만 주네요 ㅠㅠ 메뉴판 사진은 밖에 있는거라 2인분이라 하는데 실내 메뉴판은 1인분이라고 적혀 있네요 ㅡㅡㅋ 150그램 입니다 정말 맛 독특하고 맛납니다 대부분의 테이블은 이 쫄깃살을 드시고 돼지갈비로 넘어갑니다 ㅋㅋ 돼지갈비도 양념이 심하지 않아 담백합니다 골목길에 있어 차로 거긴 불편 합니다(일방통행) 기본반찬으로 양념게장이 나오는데 리필은 돼지 않습니다 정말 맵네요 ㅠㅠ 말 잘하시면 조금더 주실수도 ㅋ Is this the only place where you sell chewy meat in Seoul? P	PETER PAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 허영만님의 오랜 팬이라 믿고 찾은 첫번째 식당이었다 방송에 나온 쫄깃살과 시그니처라는 돼지갈비를 주문했다 결론은 대실망.. 쫄깃살은 가격대비 비추였고 식감은 갈비살과 비슷했다 쫄깃살을 비싸게 주고 먹을바에는 차라리 갈비살을 강추한다 돼지갈비는 양념 마늘을 무쟈게 많이 넣었는데도 냄새가 나서 남기고 말았다 이런 식당을 맛집으로 소개한 방송사나 맛있다고 설레발치는 패널과 허영만에게 웃음만 나왔다 역시 방송은 리얼이 아니라 쑈라는걸 다시 한번 깨달았다 된장찌개도 맛없고 식당은 청결하지 못하고 정말 머하나 추천할 수 없는 그런 식당이었다 It was the first restaurant I found because I was a long-time fan of Heo Young-man.
