The food I ordered this time was tonkotsu ramen, snow flower cheese pork cutlet, butadon, and dongrimamma. If I just say the conclusion, it's really different~ Tonkotsu Ramen is not tonkotsu ramen, but garlic ramen because the noodles are thin and how much garlic is added!! Butadong is terribly sweet... I've never seen anything with chili powder added to Japanese food, but I think it's for Korean taste... The rice grains are slightly undercooked. The snowflake cheese pork cutlet has some good taste and visuals..I put cheese on an iron plate and simmered it more or it was burnt down at all... A bowl of rice bowls... Just one meal of babies sprinkled with other sauces on an ancient road in Buta-dong... Worst quality for the price...I didn't expect the local taste of Japan...but it doesn't seem like this... The bottom line is...don't go expecting Japanese food, if you love sweets and garlic, go...I...I don't want to go again...

Green green onion and shichimi as a topping? chilli powder? I like that it was made with the Korean taste. Snowflake Cheese Pork Cutlet tastes and looks as good as a certified shot. The iron plate is very hot, so it's fantastic if you dip the cabbage in the sauce together with the pork cutlet and cheese. Originally, the cabbage spread on the iron plate prevents the tonkatsu from burning. When I asked the staff for explanation, they answered kindly. The quantity was not enough for the price, but when I asked the staff, the extra rice was 0 won???? It was a hit. I didn't expect the local taste of Japan... but the service was the best haha The bottom line is...don't go expecting Japanese food, but think that Japanese food has been slightly re-menu in Korean style. If you have any questions or don't know well, ask the staff and they'll answer you kindly. I want to go to Dam again. I really liked the delicious and friendly service.
