★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사장님 내외분의 접객 마인드는 100점을 드리고 싶습니다.
1.그런데 떡볶이의 국물 색깔이 너무 검네요.
다른 가게들처럼 밝은빨간색이 되어야 맛있게 보이죠.
MSG는 다른곳 보다 덜들어가서 건강에는 좀더 좋을듯 하지만 더 맛있게 보여야하겠습니다.
또한 오뎅도 크기도 작을뿐더러 너무 적게 들어있어요.
2.순대 만족합니다.
3.튀김이 셋중에 제일 말이 많을듯 합니다.
튀김이 너무 두꺼워서 그런지 제대로 튀겨지지가 않아서
반죽이 그대로 몽글몽글 씹히네요 ㅎㅎㅎ
이렇게 두껍게 만들면 재료비도 더 많이 들어가요.
아마도 사장님 내외분들이 프로가 아니고 아마츄어 인듯 한데 이가게가 최근엔 우럼마만두집 이라는 가게였고 맛은 있었지만 오래 버티시지 못하고 안타깝게 가게를 접으셨는데 이왕 개업하신것 조금더 분발 하셔서 오래오래 대박 나시기 바라는 마음에 몇자 느낌을 적어봤습니다.

1. The color of the soup is too black.
Like other stores, it should be bright red to taste delicious.
MSG should go less than anywhere else, so it's healthier, but it should look more delicious.
It's also small in size and too small.
2.I will meet the sundae.
3. Fried food seems to be the most talked of three.
The tempura is so thick that it doesn't fry
The dough is chewy
Making it thicker costs more materials.
Perhaps your boss is not a professional but an amateur, but this shop has recently been a restaurant called Urumma Mandu House. I wrote down the feeling.
