카드결제기가 없는건지 뻔히 매장에서 결제하는데 배달직원용
간이 결제기(휴대폰에 연결하는)로 카드만 슥삭슥삭 긁으면서
안된다고 함.
(매장에 카드기가 없는건지 왜 그렇게 했는지 이해를 못하겠음)
매장 위치가 유흥가이고 차량 통행이 많아 주차를 못함.
뒷차가 빵빵대서 현금결제하고 나옴.
(주문을 미리해 놔서 치킨은 다 되어 있었음)
카드가 안된다고 배달직원이 카드를 테이블 위로 내 앞에서 휙 던짐.
게다가 보통 매장방문해서 직접수령하면 1~2천원 할인인데
볼케이노가 신메뉴라서 그런지는 모르겠지만 할인이 안됨.
2016년 12월 31일 마지막날 기분 좋게 보내다가 저녁에 이 매장
덕분에 연말기분 다 잡침.
뒷차 때문에 경황이 없어서 좀 당황했는데 집에 오면서 엄청 기분 나빠짐.
사장님 번창하세요. 직원 교육 좀 시키시구요.
