★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 검은 닭강정은 먹물 특유의 맛이 있음. 건전지 씹었을때 나는 맛이랑 좀 비슷하다고나 할까. 나름 독특한 맛임. 튀긴 정도가 매우 적당. 주방이 오픈되어 매우 깔끔함.
Black chicken liver has unique flavor. When I tasted the battery, I thought it was a bit like the taste. Unique flavor depending on you. Fried is very moderate. The kitchen is open and very clean.

먹물과 춘장을 이용하여 검은 색의 닭강정을 만든다.
단짠의 맛이 조화를 이뤄 맛에 대한 거부감이 없다.
30분 정도 소요되니 사전 전화로 주문 후 방문하기 바란다.
