★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 치과가 생길즈음부터 꾸준히 다녔습니다. 친절한 서비스와 상세한 진료 안내를 해주셨던 곳이라, 집에서 가까운 치과를 두고 일부러 찾아왔는데 이번에 분위기가 예전같지 않다고 느꼈어요.
우선 치료 도중에 지금 어떤 과정을 거치고 있는지 앞으로 어떻게 진행이 될 것인지 등 설명이 부족하다고 느꼈습니다. 마지막에 마무리해주신 치위생사님이 친절하고 자세한 설명을 해주셨지만, 치료 전 혹은 치료 도중에 설명이 제공되었다면 치료할때 불안한 마음이 조금은 누그러졌을것 같아요. 의료진에게는 일상같은 일이겠지만, 환자에게 치과에서의 경험은 드물고 예외적이며 예측하기 어려운 불안의 대상이지요.
더불어 저와 논쟁이 있었던 일부 직원에 해당하는 부분이지만, 저는 더 이상 이 치과를 친절한 치과로 기억하지 못할듯 합니다. 물론 결과적으로는 논쟁이 원만하게 마무리가 되었고 저에게 친절한 서비스를 제공해주신 직원분도 계시지만 그렇다고 해서 제가 느낀 감정들이 없던 일이 되지는 않을테니까요.
전화번호를 찾으러 구글맵스에 들어왔는데 앞서 남겨진 리뷰를 보니, 이것이 저 혼자만의 생각은 아니었나봐요.
첫방문에 불친절한 치과라면 뭐야? 다시 안가야지 생각해버리면 그만일텐데, 오래 다닌 곳이고 저에게는 많은 추억이 있는 곳이라 이번 방문에서 실망감이 더 컸습니다.
요즘은 의료도 ‘서비스’라고 하는데, 이 치과에서 제가 받은 서비스는 시대의 흐름에 역행하고 있지 않나 라는 생각이 들어 아쉬움이 남는 방문이었습니다.
I've been going to dentists steadily since the time I started. It was a place where you gave us friendly service and detailed medical information, so I deliberately visited a dentist near my house, but this time I felt the atmosphere was not the same as before.
First of all, I felt that there was insufficient explanation, such as what kind of process I am going through during the treatment and how it will proceed in the future. The dental hygienist who finished at the end gave a kind and detailed explanation, but if the explanation was provided before or during the treatment, it would have relieved my anxiety a little during treatment. It may be a routine for medical staff, but for patients, dental experiences are rare, exceptional, and unpredictable anxiety.
It's also a part of some of the staff who had a debate with me, but I don't seem to remember this dentist anymore as a kind dentist. Of course, the debate ended smoothly in the end, and some of the staff provided me with friendly service, but that doesn't mean that I didn't have the feelings I felt.
I came into Google Maps to find my phone number, but looking at the reviews left earlier, this wasn't my own idea.
What is an unkind dentist on your first visit? It would be enough if I thought about not going again, but it was a place I have been to for a long time and I have a lot of memories, so I felt more disappointed in this visit.
These days, medical services are also called “services,” but it was a regretful visit because I thought that the services I received at this dentistry were going against the trend of the times.
