j	just ordinary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 대학병원맞나요? 아프고 힘들어서 온 환자들에게 이렇게 해도 되는겁니까? 동네 개인병원가도 이렇게 불친절한곳은 없을겁니다. 며칠전 전화로 예약할때 1층에서 cd촬영본 제출하고 진료하러 올라오라고 안내받았습니다. 혼자 본인과제 어머니랑 함게 오늘 진료하러 방문했을때 cd를 어디서 제출해야할지 몰라서 중앙에 있는 안내데스크에 있는 여자직원에게 저 어머니께서 진료받기전에 cd제출해야하는데 어디로 가면되냐고 물어봤는데 여자직원은 제 어머니 말을 중간에 끊더니 진료실은 2층으로 올라가면 된다고 귀찮다는듯 동문서답을 하였습니다. 저와 제 어머니께서 촬영본 제출은 어디서 하면되냐고 재차 물어보았으나 귀찮다는듯 진료실은 2층이라고 같은 동문서답만 반복하였습니다. 예약한 의료과에 가서 물어보니 1층 5번창구에서 제출하면된다고 안내해주시더라고요. 저희는 다시 1층에 안내데스크에가서 안내를 그렇게 무성의하고 불친절하게 해도 되는거냐고 항의하였으나 아깐 없었던 남자직원이 저희를 가로막고 자기한테 다 얘기하라고 도로 큰소리를 치더군요. 그리고 계속항의하자 여자직원이 마지못해 사과를 했고 거기에서 끝낼려고 했으나 남자직원이 싸우기 싫어서 억지로 사과한거라고 계속 시비를 걸었습니다. 원내 민원실에 가서 상황을 설명드렸으나 결국 다 한통속이더군요. 진짜 요즘 구멍가게에 가도 이런경우가 있을까 싶네요.
