내원 환자 모두를 일적으로 대하고 귀차니즘에 쪄들어 있어보임.
몸아프고 마음 아픈사람들이 많을텐데 의료인으로서 행동이 바뀔 필요가 있다고 봄

완전 비추입니다~~~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 공간이 넓어 주차장도 넓고 바로옆에 의예과, 치의예과, 간호대학, 약학대학원이 있어 의료인력 양성하기 좋고 입원환자들이 산책하기도 좋아 정신건강에 좋다. 단 지방이라 임상자료가 적어 희귀병 판단이 느리지만 다른면에서는 최고의 시설과 인력을 가지고 있다.
It is good for mental health because it has a large space, a large parking lot, and a pre-medical department, a pre-dental department, a nursing college, and a pharmacy graduate school right next to it. Because it is a rural area, it is slow to judge a rare disease due to the lack of clinical data, but in other respects, it has the best facilities and manpower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이비인후과 및 치과병동에 일부 간호 조무사들 예의가 없음.
어른들도 막대함.
안면윤곽 수술환자들 말이 어눌하게 나와 대화가 어려운데 너무 기분 나쁘게 무시하듯 대화함.
의사 선생님들,간호사 선생님들은 다 좋은데 좋으신 간호조무사님들도 계시지만
희한하게 일부 간호 조무사들만 별로 다시오고 싶지않은 병원 1호임.
살다가 병원에서 의사선생님들과 민원센터에가서 하소연을함.
직원관리 민원 접수를 한 곳이 처음인 병원.
근데 다들(의사선생님,민원실) 알고 계신듯 대답하심.
의사 선생님들은 정말 좋은곳.
일부 직원들이 별로임.
아마 가시면 제 말을 느끼실뜻.

The hospital was the first to receive complaints about employee management.
But everyone (doctor, civil service room) answered as if they knew.
Doctors are really nice.
Some staff are not good.
