The chewy texture and flavor are felt, so the noodles alone are worth visiting again. Cold udon noodles are a bit salty, but overall the quality is good.

It is much closer to the original that you would in Tackamatsu than what is normally found, but that sets up the paradox. It is closer to the original, so it gets judged in a more direct comparison, and it isn't as good as the original. But it's still very good.

This hidden gem makes hand made udon noodles just with water, salt and flour.. very chewy yet soft. Soup broth is fermented for 2 weeks.. also super delicious.. Anything fried was very well made as well! It was perfectly seasoned. Price was more then reasonable with great portions. Thank you chef and staff for delicious meal !! Highly recommended for any noodle lovers!! Well worth a detour!!!
