★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지난번엔 멀쩡한차 배터리 방전시켜버리더니 이번에 뒷좌석 오른쪽 요철 넘을때 찌부덕소음이 심해서 약속잡고 방문했더니 시승하고 확인하더니만 확실히 소음심하다고 확인했습니다.
그러더니 블루에 도착해서는 어느부분인줄 모르겠다고 리프트에 올리고선 두명이서 차를 흔들어대고 올렸다내렸다 스무번을 넘게 반복하고서도 난리를 떠네요.어느 부분인줄 모른다면서요.
그래서 카페동호회에서 내차랑 비슷한 증세가 있으니 참고하고 쇼바쪽이나 로어암,조향센서쪽 봐달라고했더니 버럭 큰소리지르면서 욕 비슷한걸 하네요.블루사장이 아버지되는데 자기가 아들이라고 고객한테 막하는건가..
다른곳은 시승하고 소음들으면 쇼바나 로어암 확인바로 하든데 이사람은 말을 해줘도 들은척도안하고 전혀 모르드라구요.
옥신각신하던차에 사장인 아버지가 시승해보자고 해서 소음확인하더니 처음엔 부싱,쇼바쪽 어쩌고하더니 시트비벼지는 소리라합니다.정비쪽 일을 했다는 사람이 몰라도 한참 모르드라구요. 어이가 없더군요.확실히 알아야되니 차를 며칠 맡기랍니다.쇼바나 로어암 문제로 차를 맡기는곳이 어디있겠냐고 부품준비되면 그때오겠다했더니 맡기지않으면 안된다네요.
어이가 없어서 그냥 왔습니다.정말 이런 곳은 또 처음이네요.
서비스센터 가려다 시간이 안나서 가끔 가는데 갈때마다 너무너무 불쾌하더군요.
제가 카페활동 하는줄 아는지 아들이 먼저 저에게 카페에 글올리라네요.
항상 불쾌했어도 참았었는데 이번엔 좋게 넘어가면 안되겠드라구요. 그런 생쇼를 해서인지 차 소음도 더 커졌습니다.
