전화로 방문포장 주문했을 때 3-40분 걸린다고 안내받았다. 40분 뒤에 찾으러 갔더니 주문조차 들어가 있지 않은 듯 했다. (벽에 걸린 영수증에 내 주문은 없었음) 주문이 밀렸으니 10분 정도 더 기다려달라고 했다. 20분 가량 더 기다림.
전화주문할때 3-40분 뒤에 오라고 했으면서 이렇게 1시간 뒤에 치킨이 나오면 어떻게 시간을 알고 치킨을 찾으러 오냐고 물어봤다. 그랬더니 치킨이 나오면 매장 측에서 전화를 해준단다. (??????) 아니 그럼 왜 전화할 때 시간이 늦어질 수 있으니 다 되면 전화해준다는 얘기는 왜 안해주셨는지...??? 나는 내 주문 안 넣어놓고 거짓말한 것 같다는 생각을 지울 수 없다.
그리고 방문포장 고객은 현장2천원 할인은 커녕 배달비 2천원을 영수증에 찍혀 받을 수 있으니 꼭 영수증을 확인할 것. 계좌번호 쓰고 당일날 계좌이체로 돌려받았다. 치킨은 맛있어서 별 하나
