★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get here by bus no.2200 from Hapjeong (Seoul) and stop at Mat Goeul Entrance bus station. This place have a cute macaron and cake restaurant called Cake Macaron (i think this is the biggest cafe there) serves a very delicious macaron and a cake macaron which have a cake inside the macaron instead of usual cream. The stores are very cute and picturesque, so it's very good for photo. Also Ryoo Jae Eun Bakery is there and the best item is garlic bread. Very delicious! It costs 8000won for 5 big pieces. You can go there by bus and from the bus stop you should walk for around 5 minutes to get there. If you bring elderly relatives with you, I suggest to use private cars because the road is quite uphill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly loved this village! A gem hidden near DMZ definitely left me wanting to come back! This lovely place is filled with lots of cute cafes, shops and floral shops all around it ~ I would definitely recommend You going there at night, as the whole village turns into a magic place! I felt like I was in a fairytale ✨ Also perfect spot for couples and families <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ French romantic village in Paju. Has many small shops selling various items from housewares, clothing, and Cafes. Nice small garden in the middle and many wall murals for Instagram worthy shots. If you take public bus 2200, you will need to walk uphill from the main road for about 15-20min to reach here. Has some eateries along the road and many are catered for tourists on tour buses. Has a playground for children. Recommended for families, not wheel chair friendly though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great little get away for a family, or just a date. Tons of cute female cloths to buy and a lot of home goods. We went there during the Christmas season and it was so nice looking.
