★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a negative experience with Ppeum clinic.
I had a whole face mole removal procedure and the cost was 440k+ won.
During the preparation I was told that for two bigger moles (out of ~20) several procedures might be necessary and I was fine with it.
However, after the procedure was done and my skin healed back to normal, turns out that actually _none_ of moles were removed completely, even the small one.
Instead moles were just scratched with the laser a little bit and overall procedure had no effect at all.
When I approached clinic about this issue, refund request was denied, so it looks like the clinic deceives clients on purpose so that clients have to come again to repeat pricey procedure.
Basically money wasted.

Very friendly staffs, even non speaking staffs
were very lovely.
I took whitening and anti-aging treatments.
(the rejuran+ pico+vlaser and facial)
I was really greatful because stubborn as I am
I needed a min to think, and they gave me enough time to
think and choose. Over the budget I brought they gave me
a package to fit my needs.
The translater and consultant was very patient and went through
all the treatments. Also with an english speaking doctor
all things were more assuring. (Considering, I was in a foreign
country alone)
Overall new experience in a new country was very satisfying.
If you were just looking for quick skincare I definitely
recommend their esthetics team very gentle and relaxing.
Even if you don't have budget for a huge laser treatment I
def recommend trying out their peel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Botched undereye fillers. I've been going here for years for skincare. This time I went in for tear through fillers for hollowness. I bought Belotero due to its thin consistency. First of all I was made to buy more filler than was actually needed and injected. That is what happens when you meet with a consultant instead of a doctor directly to assess your needs. Anyway the filler was poorly injected, too superficial and way too much and it created bags like I aged 30+ years. I came back a week later to get them dissolved and everyone told me its just because of swelling and the doctor said he injected it properly so there is no issue. I insisted to get the fillers removed because I knew it was injected improperly. The filler was removed and I instantly looked better but it did create even more hollowness under my eyes than I originally had. Undereye injections carry a big risk I underestimated. I would not recommend the procedure to anyone. Botched photo attached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this clinic this last week and i get a treatment and all was ok, but they send me a black friday event and i decide get lift threads for 500k ( the event price) For surprise the girl call me and said me can't be possible because she's sure i need translate (Even she don't know my korean) and it will be 1.2M and 800k for the same they offer for 500k I'm really upset, 3 times the price just for translate? What joke it is? I can understand they charge 100k... They said its not about foreinger but i totally feel a big discrimination, even i was client and THEY was sending me this events. That's a SHAME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s my first time at this clinic and I had multiple queries and concerns. Hee Jeong is really patient to answer them all without being judgemental or annoyed. Suyi is super helpful with the translation and she helps to ease my concerns. Both are them are really examplary employees! All other employees are also very professional, nice and gentle throughout the procedure process. Place is clean and well taken care of. Very highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I had botox done here, and not only was the reception staff really clueless about what to do with foreigners (they made us fill up the same form multiple times), the treatment itself didn't work as well as they said.
We paid extra for Xeomin (imported botox) and it didn't even work on my partner, and worked at a 60% rate for me and faded away after a MONTH! Now, I don't know if this is because they knew we were leaving after 8 days so we couldn't go back to the clinic or not, but very very disappointing.
I am irate but can't be bothered to ask for a refund since we signed a non-refundable claus, but I made this appointment through Jivaka since I thought they were a reputable clinic and received little to ZERO results.
