★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 교동에 생긴 하이볼바로 안주가 다 맛있다고 지인이 알려줘서 방문하게 되었어요. 삼덕에 베르크 사장님이 운영하는 곳이라 그런지 메인메뉴가 스키야키가 있었고, 여러 교자종류와 야끼소바 등 일인이서도 즐길 수 있는 메뉴들이 있었어요. 히토리스키야키, 토리가와교자, 야끼소바를 주문했습니다. 혼자서 먹는 스키야키지만 양은 충분했어요. 당연 계란에 찍어먹는 음식인데, 계란 수대로 금액이 추가하는건 이해가 안 됬어요. 토리가와교자는 교자 피를 닭껍질로 감싸 구운 교자인데 정말 맛있었어요. 얇은 피가 바삭하고 안에 속은 부드러운데 닭껍질의 고소한 맛이 잘 살아있었어요. 야끼소바는 흩날린 튀김가루가 올라가서 식감도 좋았습니다. 생맥주를 먹다가 다른 주류로 넘어갈려니, 사케, 하이볼, 화요 밖에 없고, 일반 소주는 없었어요. 일인이서 하는 가게라 주문하는데도 꽤나 걸렸고, 음식과 주류가 나오는 것도 시간이 꽤나 걸려서 아쉬웠습니다. 혼자서 가도 좋을 것 같아요.
I came here because an acquaintance told me that all the snacks were delicious as a highball bar in Gyodong. Because it is a restaurant run by the owner of Samdeok Berg, the main menu was sukiyaki, and there were various types of gyoza and yakisoba that even one person could enjoy. We ordered hitori sukiyaki, torikawa gyoza and yakisoba. I ate sukiyaki by myself, but the quantity was enough. Of course, it's a dish eaten with eggs, but I didn't understand why the price was added according to the number of eggs. Torigawa gyoza is grilled gyoza wrapped in chicken skin with gyoza blood, and it was really delicious. The thin skin was crispy and the inside was soft, but the flavor of the chicken skin was still alive. The yakisoba had a good texture as it was sprinkled with tempura powder. When I was drinking draft beer and then switching to other alcoholic beverages, there was only sake, highball, and Hwayo, and there was no regular soju. It was a one-person shop, so it took quite a while to order, and it was disappointing that it took quite a while for the food and drinks to come out. I think you can go alone.
