★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있다는 소리를 듣고 가서 먹었는데 생각보다 별로였음. 짜장면과 소스가 어울리지 못하니 면을 먹를때 맛이 안느껴졌다는 표현이 맞을듯.
When I heard that it was delicious, I went and ate it, but it was less than I thought. Jjajangmyeon and sauce don't match, so it seems right to say that the taste wasn't felt when eating noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 삼선 간 짜장을 먹었다. 면은 확실히 수타의 질감이나 특별하게 맛있지는 않다. 8000원 가격대비 양이 너무 적다. 소식가인 나조차 공기밥 추가를 고민했다.
강남도 아닌데 이렇게 비쌀 이유는 뭘까 전부 유기농인가?
Had samseon liver soup. Noodles are certainly handmade but not particularly delicious. The price is too small. Even the news reporter was worried about adding rice.
If it's not Gangnam, why is it so expensive?

오픈 키친으로 청결하게 관리되고 있고 해물짬뽕은 얼큰하고 양도 많아요~

등심탕수육 25000
하루종일 굶다가 첫끼로 먹었지만 노맛
자장면은 소스와 면이 조화가 되지않음 소스는 매우짬
탕수육은 고기도 별로고 튀김옷도 별로임
ps. 배달이 아닌 식당에서 탕수육을 먹는데 소스가 따로 나오는 곳은 처음봄(같이 간친구는 본적있다함)

The sauce and noodles are not in harmony with Jajangmyeon. The sauce is very salty.
The sweet and sour pork is not good and the tempura is not good.
ps. I eat sweet and sour pork at a restaurant other than delivery, but this is the first time I've seen a place with a separate sauce (a friend I went with said I've seen it before)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강화군으로 출장 가는 길에, 저녁을 먹으러 들렸습니다. 짜장면만 먹기에는 아쉬워서 군만두도 주문했습니다.
주차장은 여유가 있어 좋았습니다. 몰라서 가게 정면의 주차장을 이용했지만, 가게 옆에도 주차 공간이 길게 있었습니다.
개방형 주방이라 면을 직접 뽑는 (기계로 뽑는 것이 아니라 수타면입니다) 모습도 볼 수 있었습니다. 시원하게 탁 트인 식당 내부는 공간의 절반 쯤이 테이블, 나머지가 마루 식으로 되어있었습니다.
화장실은, 시설 자체는 최신형이 아니지만 (즉, 비데는 없었지만) 적어도 청소-관리는 잘 되어있었습니다. 아마 여성용 화장실도 관리 상황이 비슷하리라 짐작됩니다.
군만두가 10개나 나와서 좀 놀랐습니다. 짜장면을 곱배기로 주문했으면 다 먹지 못할 뻔 했네요. 좀 과식을 하고, 저는 다시 차를 몰고 강화도로 향했습니다.
On a business trip to Ganghwa-gun, I stopped by for dinner. It was a pity to eat only jajangmyeon, so I also ordered dumplings.
It was good that there was ample parking. I didn't know, so I used the parking lot in front of the store, but there was also a long parking space next to the store.
Since it is an open kitchen, we were able to see the noodles being pulled by hand (not machine-made, but hand-made). Inside the cool, open dining room, about half of the space was a table and the rest was a floor type.
The toilets, although the facilities themselves are not up to date (ie no bidets), they were at least well-maintained. It is presumed that the management situation for women's restrooms is similar.
I was a little surprised that there were 10 dumplings. If I had ordered the jjajangmyeon in double size, I would not have been able to eat it all. After a bit of overeating, I drove back to Ganghwa Island.
