g	green beside on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 비건 케이크를 먹어보고 싶었는데 예약을 못해서 그런지 당일 아침 인스타 공지 내용을 보니 역시 품절이더군요;; 여기서 먹어봤던 제품들은 다 맛있었어요. '비건베이킹' 이다 보니 특유의 목메이는 퍽퍽한 맛이 있긴한데, 워낙 이런 질감을 싫어하지 않는지라, 꼬숩고 담백하면서도 적당한 당도로 혀에 감기는게 좋더라구요. 현미나 오트밀을 활용한 GF 제품도 많고, 글루텐이 있긴하지만 재료 배합이 과하지 않아 전반적으로 담백해서 좋았어요. 매장은 주말에만 오픈하기도 하고 택배로 주문 가능한 제품이 한정적이란게 좀 아쉽긴하지만, 공들여 찾아먹을만합니다. 비건베이킹을 하는 여러 곳들이 있긴하지만 나름 다 전문분야가 있는거 같아요. 좀더 경험해본 이후에 정리 좀 해볼랍니다 I wanted to try the vegan cake, but I couldn't make a reservation. All the products I tried here were delicious. Since it's'vegan baking', the peculiar throat has a dry taste, but I don't like this texture, so it's good to wrap it around my tongue with a sweet, light and moderate sweetness. There are many GF products that use brown rice or oatmeal, and although there is gluten, it was nice that the ingredients were not excessive, so it was generally light. The store is open only on weekends, and it's a bit unfortunate that the products that can be ordered by courier are limited, but it is worthwhile to find out. There are many places where vegan baking is done, but I think they all have specialties. After experiencing it a little more
