★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received an initial quote following our enquiry (received an email with no greetings, just attached a quote form with no message). We followed up with 3 emails with simple questions about the paper and never received any replies. We tried to call multiple times and tried 3 different numbers on the company site and email, no one ever answers at any numbers at this company.
It's not even possible to know if they are operating or not. Frustrating and time-wasting. The customer service is appalling.
