T	The room at the top of the stairs nam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 작년에 자전거 및 악세서리부품을 파는 영등포 일렉트로마트 내 cycle부품점에서 자전거랜턴 LYCAN을 구매했는데, 랜턴 유리가 파손되어 A/S 하려고 방문했는데 A/S는 고객이 직접 A/S제품회사에 보내야하고 여기는 A/S 안한다고 한다. 분명 제품구입시 A/S가 필요하면 언제든지 가져오라고 해놓구선 자기들은 그런말 한 적이 없다고한다. 기가막힌다. 영등포 이마트내 일렉트로마트의 자전거 용품매장 이곳은 고객 A/S에 개선이 필요한 곳이라고 생각한다. AS대기시간중에 이곳을 둘러보는것만으로도 시간이 잘 지나갔다. 음향기기에 관심이 많아서 다양한 음향기기를 둘러보게 되었다. 그러나 표시된 가격이 저렴 한것은 아닌것 같다.
