68평(?) 사는 지인 집 방문.
너무 좋네요.
집이 워낙 넓어서 창문 다 열고 큰소리로 놀아도
들리지도 않을 것 같습니다. ^^
개별 주차시설도 있고 나름 뷰도 괜찮네요
Bundang Rich Apartment.
A visit to an acquaintance who lives in 68 pyeong (?).
It's so good.
The house is so big that even if you open all the windows and play loudly
I can't seem to hear it either. ^^
There is a private parking facility and the view is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전체적인 리뷰를 하자면,
*장점*
1.시설이 깔끔하고 서비스가 좋다(물건이 없어지거나 사고가 났을경우 즉각 처리해준다.)
2.아이들이 놀기에도 최적화 되어있다.(각종 안전한 놀이시설및 공간이 잘 마련됨)
3.인근에 가까운 학교가 있어 자녀들의 등교가 편하다(성남정자초,백현중,늘푸른고)
4.인근에 편의점이 2개,문구점 및 각종 음식점이 잘 구비되어 있어 물건을 사거나 밥을 먹는등의 생활을 하기가 편하다
5.풍경이 예쁘다.
*단점*
1.층간소음이 다른 아파트에 비해 너무 심하다.
2.윗또는 아래층에서 냄새가 너무 많이 유입된다.
3.대중교통을 이용하기가 힘들다.(10분이상 이동해야 겨우 대중교통을 이용가능하다.)
4.인근 다른 아파트에 비하여 평당 가격이 상당히 비싸다(1평에 2500만 이상 하는것 같네요.)
그래도 경기도 성남에 있는 아파트 중에서는 분당 파크뷰만한 곳이 없는 것 같습니다 .
For the overall review,
*Advantages*
1. The facilities are neat and the service is good (in the event of a loss or an accident, it will be dealt with immediately.)
2. It is also optimized for children to play. (Various safe play facilities and spaces are well prepared)
3. It is easy for children to go to school because there is a school close to them.
4. There are two convenience stores nearby, a stationery store, and various restaurants, so it is easy to buy things or eat rice.
5. The scenery is pretty.
*Disadvantages*
1. The noise between floors is too much compared to other apartments.
2. Too much odor flows in from the upper or lower floor.
3. It is difficult to use public transportation.
4. Compared to other nearby apartments, the price per pyeong is quite expensive (it seems to be over 25 million per pyeong.)
Still, among the apartments in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, there seems to be no place like Bundang Parkview.
