★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 단지 내 피트니스 센터, 사우나, 4레인x25m 수영장, 골프연습장이 있습니다. 녹지가 많고 층간소음도 적어서 살기 좋아요. 탄현역 접근성은 그리 좋지 않지만 마을버스가 다니고, 새로 개통한 M7731버스를 타면 서울 접근성도 괜찮은 편이에요. 아기를 키우거나 노후를 보내기 좋은 곳입니다.
The complex has a fitness center, sauna, 4 lanes x 25m swimming pool and a golf range. It has a lot of greenery and low floor noise, making it a good place to live. The accessibility of Tanhyeon Station is not very good, but the accessibility of Seoul is also good if the town bus goes and the newly opened M7731 bus. It is a good place to have a baby or spend old age.
