I don't know if it's the manager or who it is because I'm working with earphones on, so I can't hear the customer asking for water, so I take off the earphones and respond with a distasteful expression. Please give me some basic training on how to treat customers at the head office!! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . It's the first time I've felt bad after going to Paris Baguette, so I'm writing this.
